I just checked the DOCS web page, adn that is NOT one of the things on their checklist of what's wrong. They do have an update of that list every few months though...do you want me to talk to them for you?
As long as he kicks the habit before acquiring teeth you'll be fine. Except for the fact that he now can probably communicate via USB if you put the cord in his mouth. Have you tried that yet? Does he get installed as a new device?
